We are happy about your interest in our Facebook Fan Page, our Instagram profile, and our company. The protection of your personal data is of great importance to us. Below you will find information on what personal data is collected when providing this service and how we handle such data.

Woodtech Italia Srl, in order to make communication with its customers more participatory, implements the use of social media for specific services and/or projects. These channels integrate existing tools, such as the company’s official website. Participation, through its own institutional accounts, in so-called social media:

aims to inform about newly developed products; engage in dialogue with users through posts, comments on posts, responses to requests, questions, criticisms, and suggestions. Woodtech Italia Srl uses content – including multimedia (photos, videos, etc.) – that it owns or for which it has acquired rights. The administration of institutional accounts is managed by Woodtech Italia Srl with the support of specially identified external suppliers. Account management typically occurs daily, on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


Written and verbal interventions by users through posts and videos/recordings must always be identifiable.

These expressions represent the opinions of individuals and not those of Woodtech Italia Srl, which declines any responsibility regarding the truthfulness and correctness of what is posted on its institutional pages by individuals and legal entities.

Woodtech Italia Srl exercises preventive control of uploaded material and proceeds with the removal / non-publication of posts that are:

discriminatory and offensive towards people, groups of people, or categories of people, in terms of gender, race, language, ethnicity, religion, political opinions, personal and social conditions, sexual orientation, and age; discriminatory and offensive towards other users

– present or not in the discussion, entities, associations, organizations in general, companies, or otherwise harmful to third-party rights;

containing inappropriate, vulgar, licentious language, and contrary to public decency and/or containing threatening tones;

containing obscene, pornographic and/or pedopornographic topics or such as to offend public morality and sensitivity;

misleading and alarmist;

containing personal data about third parties and/or that may harm their reputation and/or cause damage;

containing “special categories of data”, according to the definition established by current legislation on personal data processing (EU Regulation 2016/679);

containing illegal topics or inciting illegal acts and violating copyright;

containing advertising or promotion of profit-making activities;

containing political or propagandistic topics and spam; not relevant to ongoing discussions (off-topic), repetitive, and aimed at disrupting the discussion.

For those who repeatedly violate these moderation rules and, in more serious cases, even just once, Woodtech Italia Srl reserves the right to report the fact to the platform and – if necessary – to the appropriate Law Enforcement Agencies.


Woodtech Italia Srl informs that personal data freely provided in institutional social media will be processed, as Data Controller, solely for the purpose of commenting or responding to your requests and/or observations, mostly within the same institutional page.

Personal data will be processed with the support of suppliers that the data controller has specifically designated.

Personal data will be stored to fulfill requests or to document activities carried out, also for the purpose of protecting the company’s interests and rights, including in court.
