PELLET Woodtech Italia is a renewable fuel produced in our European and non-European factories. It is a densified cylindrical product obtained by grinding and compressing virgin wood derived from sawmill waste. It is made exclusively from virgin wood, free from contaminants (glues, paints, preservatives), and no chemicals are used in the various stages of processing.
It is classified as biomass because, when burned, it produces very low CO2 emissions, even 10 times lower than those of fossil and gaseous fuels (gas and oil).
It is environmentally friendly because it comes from renewable sources that are managed responsibly.
It does not use bark, which contains residues and mainly sand that vitrifies during combustion, damaging the boilers.
It stands out for its high calorific value and low ash residue, making it one of the top products on the market.

Traceability
Our pellet is traceable, just like food products. You can always know when, where, and how it was produced. Each pallet of pellets has an identification number that allows tracing the entire production chain and knowing all the qualitative data of the product.

Woodtech Italia offers its customers the possibility to place orders and create groupage of diverse products such as 15 kg bagged pellets and BIG BAGs of 500 kg or 1000 kg according to different needs. PELLET SWISS WÄRME is impeccably packaged on pallets of 1 or ½ ton and wrapped with stretch film by specialized automated systems. This ensures total safety in handling and transporting the product and guarantees the complete preservation of the pellets, fully protected from weather conditions and potential impacts.
How to Store Pellets
Moisture is the enemy of pellets as it alters their consistency and calorific value. They should be stored in dry places such as basements, boiler rooms, or garages. It is not recommended to store bags inside inhabited areas. Woodtech Italia offers the purchase of special waterproof containers for outdoor storage if needed.
